 阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征临床特点研究分析

[摘要]目的:探究阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征的主要临床特点。方法:选取2013年3月至2015年3月我院收治的阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者30例作为观察组，再选取同期收治的健康体验者30例作为对照组，对比所有患者的C反应蛋白（CRP）水平、血清中瘦素和基础病种情况，总结阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征的主要临床特点。结果：观察组鼻息肉、冠心病、脑卒中、糖尿病、原发性高血压以及扁桃体肥大等基础病种的发病率均显著高于对照组，差异显著（P＜0.05）；观察组CRP水平、瘦素和体质量指数均明显高于对照组，差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论：阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者严重程度与CRP水平、瘦素存在密切相关性，两者在阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征发展中具有协同作用。

[Abstract] Objective: To explore the obstructive sleep apnea syndrome main clinical features. METHODS: March 2013 to March 2015 in our hospital with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome in 30 patients as observation group, then select the same period treated as a health experience in 30 cases in the control group, compared to C-reactive for all patients protein (CRP) levels in serum leptin and underlying disease cases, summary obstructive sleep apnea syndrome main clinical features. Results: The nasal polyps, coronary heart disease, the incidence rate of stroke, diabetes, hypertension and hypertrophy of the tonsils and other basic disease was significantly higher, the difference was significant (P <0.05); the observation group CRP levels, leptin and body mass index were significantly higher, the difference was significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome severity and CRP levels, there is a close correlation between leptin, both in the obstructive sleep apnea syndrome developing a synergistic effect.
